I-485 Appl: Enclosed I-140 rcpt instead of I-140

My lawyer filed for my I 485 in Dec 99. Recently, I realized that I 140 Receipt was enclosed instead of the approved I 140. (Both looks alike). My lawyer says that it is okay and that we can send it when INS asks for it. I need a second opinion about it.

Will this cause any delay or major problem in my green card processing ? What should I do about it ?

Any comments regarding this will be greatly appreciated.
