I-485 pending in local office since 2005 - Need Advice to proceed
My I-485 file has been tranferred to my local office in 2005, is in pending status. This is employment based filing with my husband, he got his green card in 2005, mine is still pending. Visited local office several times, they said we will go with the priority dates, when i checked my husband I-140 the priority date is DEC 2001, the filing is in EB3 category....now the priority dates for that category is showing April 2002. Any Help on this issue. How to proceed?
