F-1 out of status and AOS via USC step mom

I have been out of status for 2 years now. i ment my dad and stepmom in 2010. My step mom is a USC and my dad is a PR but eligible for citizenship. My step mom file I130 for me because she and my dad was married before i turn 18. my question is..Do you think USCIS would deny knowing that i overstayed? What would happen if i have been working unauthorized? if the petition is denied, can i marry my boyfriend who is a USC? How long would it take for me to get a GC if they approve my step mom petition? Also i an now 23 years old
