  • urgent help on i485 Pending

    hello,
    i had interview for i130 and i 485 because i filed both i130/i485 concurently.
It was based upon family based green card. My wife who is us citizen applied for me. My i130 was approved on the same interview day but my Aos was not approved that day because of my arrested for selling the cigarette to minor on 2006 which was solved by paying fine. I had court original paper as i know court paper is required if you are arrested or something like that. But unfortunately, clerk from that court didn,t stamp the court original logo. SO during the interview with IO at Atlanta Office, the lady officer told me once i send the original court paper with authorized signature and logo of that court, she will approve my AOS. But it been 7 month now, i haven,t heard anything from uscis, nor i got any particular information about my i485 why it is being delayed. i went so many times to local office through INFO pass in the hope of some new information but i was told same thing that its takes time so just wait until you hear something from us.
SO i am so worried and stress out these days, why it takes so long?
is that arrest thing could affect to my AOS?
What is the best way for me to move forward in this case?
any body have any idea, please share with me........

It may be time to get in touch with your local congressman and hopefully they can make some inquiries and get this moving for you.
