Hello,

My marriage-based interview is arriving in a few weeks. I have given my biometrics and already received the EAD and AP card. Will I need a police clearance certificate as well? I read a few forums that said PCC is not required if the biometrics has cleared. But, I just wanted to confirm!

No you do not require a police report . You are investigated from your BIO
