As the day come closer for the release of May 2011 visa bulletin , the talks have been started on the bulletin. Many are hoping to have a good news from this bulletin. As June month is called the last quarter for green card and thus there is lot of movement happens in the availability dates. And thus most of the people wait for June visa bulletin .

June 2011 Visa Bulletin

I would like to know if it is possible that anytime during this year we can have priority days like we had last year (in December 2010 the priority day was august
2010). Can we get to 2010 again any time soon?

I don't understand how the priority days can go backwards to 4 year. When I see priority day "august 2010" to me that means that they finished with all the files prior to that day. How can we have today a priority day of April 2007? How in 3 months the priority day went 4 years back? is that possible?

A profetional opinion will be deeply appretiated.
