BANK STATEMENTS FOR AOS INTERVIEW..Urgent Query!

Hello,

We have already submitted all the forms with required evidence. Our AOS interview is sometime this month and I was wondering if the Bank Statements are required to meet the Poverty Guidelines. Do they expect the petitioner and applicant to have a balance of the amount specified in the poverty guidelines in the bank A/C? Despite the household income, there are always necessary expenses like rent, loans, etc. We have already submitted the requested financial proof of employment and pay stubs that meet with the guidelines.

You should have a list of what is required to take to your interview. You need to take all the evidence of a bonafide marriage and all accounts that are joint, health insurance , car insuarnace . mortgage or rental lease in both names. If you have submitted all the above then you will only take what is asked for
