I would like to know if it is possible that anytime during this year we can have priority days like we had last year (in December 2010 the priority day was august
2010). Can we get to 2010 again any time soon?

I don't understand how the priority days can go backwards to 4 year. When I see priority day "august 2010" to me that means that they finished with all the files prior to that day. How can we have today a priority day of April 2007? How in 3 months the priority day went 4 years back? is that possible?

No one can predict the visa bulletin movement.

If everything were working perfectly at USCIS/DOS, priority dates would not go back, but until then, this will keep on happening.
