I'm a USC,i'm about to file AOS for my wife. we got married in 2011.Me and my wife currently live with my parents.I worked in 2010 for about 3 months during my breaks.I got my w2 ,but my parents claimed me as a dependent and we already filed our tax return together.My dad agreed to be our joint sponsor.so my question here is:
1)even if i worked last year ,i didnt file by my own this year-which means no tax return..So what should i put on my I-864?should i put what ever i got on my w2 or "0"as income.If i put what i got on my w2,wont the UNCIS ask me for my tax return?
2)which form should my dad fill out?(the I-864 or I-864A)?
3)my dad and mom file the tax jointly,so should my mom also fill a form?,if so which one?
