Rfe ----( required furthur evidense )

Hi ,

i need help from experienced persons regarding these words

(required furthur evidense )


i m applied my marriege base i-485 last month ...my wife is us citizen .
After that notice of action coming
after that biomatrics letter coming
in between when i check online my status he write there (rfe) and he send me letter , he put this thing on 7th april and 11 april my biomatrics letter coming . Now more then 10 days no letter coming , how i know what evidense required .


My questions:-

1. I read here if this kind of words coming on your status then no ead coming he just send u letter before the interview and go directly in interview ?

2. He is sending letter after 25 days then u dont have time for collecting documents and sending back bcoz after showing date in computer he is calculate 30 days for required evidense , if we dont send then case is denied .

3. When we call in custmor care he say u can wait few days more then after if u dont recieve any letter call us again .


So if anybody have same experience or any experienced persons read this thread then give me advise or views .

I am a little confused, did you have Biometrics done? Are you saying they have sent you a letter for RFE after biometrics?

I explain u little bit again :-

If you don't receive your RFE by this Wednesday it sound like it is lost in the post. It can sometimes take 2 weeks for it to arrive. And it will be 2 weeks this Wednesday, If not received you need to call USCIS and tel them you have not received letter as yet and check address and hopefully they will send again. With RFE you normally get 45 days to respond so there is still time ok.

Hi , today my lawyer send me message she got the letter regarding rfe , but she is out of country this week thats y she say tomorrow she give me reply what he want through this rfe letter .bcoz her asst. And partner he give me reply but i dont understand why he dont send me copy also ? she only say we have 87 days for reply ....

I didn't realise you used a lawyer and they can be so bad you know they should have sent you that RFE as soon as they got it. Now she is out of country not good enough, you go and see them and tell her assistant you want letter so you can reply to it right away. This is just delaying your case even more.
You need to be tough and get that RFE so you can reply to it now not when the lawyer says so. They are just wanting your money is all.

barbara , atleast my lawyer coming on last month 27 and then after we send RFE at 28th and i get the recieving receipt . according to tracking system the rfe delivered at 29th afternoon friday .

oh sorry , i wanna explain u what is rfe coming ? when my lawyer send my i-864 then she write on the form by mistake my uncle have four dependent including me . but according to income tax return my uncle have only two dependent . thats y he send me rfe regarding i-864 (send us assest ,bank statement ,etc documents or send us new sponser ).this rfe usics sending me april first week but due to my lawyer she was out of country i send reply end of the april .

when we send reply , we send again my uncle new filled income tax return /w-2 forms and covering letter and new sighn i-864 .In this return my uncle have no any dependent only uncle and me .my uncle file 24500/- income tax return .so my lawyer send this all documents with covering letter . thats enough or again any mistake from us ?

second question , i dont see any reaction on my online case status . so what you think or what u suggest me next ? how i know he considered this itr and i-864 or no ?

hi ,

i send rfe reply on 28th april and 29th april national benefit center , kansas city ..received according to fedex tracking information . now more then ten days , i wanna know if anybody have same experince when usics reveiew this rfe reply . i mean , mostly how many days ? toady is 7th may .

if anybody guide me or give me any same experience ? i m very thankful .

isn't the national benefits center located at Lee's Summit, Missouri? did you send it at the address mentioned in the RFE?
