What options does one have if :
1. I-485 was filed 2 months ago and one gets laid off? Should he start the process all over for GC?
2. Can he persuade the parent company, and then join them in the future, as soon as the GC is approved?
3. What happens if the parent company revokes the Labor/I-140/EAD etc.. ?
