i-485 pending, Moving to different State

I am living in NYC for the last 10 years, working as a Programmer.
My I-485 has been filed from Newyork on Nov'2007.
Priority date is Mar'2005.
My current status is EAD(I-140 approved).
I am planning to move to Virginia from New York.
As my GC still pending it is ok to Move to Virginia at this stage,
As I got a better job in Virginia.
I am not changing the employer as of now.
Is it good idea to move to a different place when I-485 is pending?
I need your guidance.

If you are moving permanently you have to notify USCIS of your new address by filling in AR11 and your sponsor will need to fill in I-865 withing 10-30 days of your move.

hi , barbara , i have question relating this type of case ....like u say if he move in any other state he need to fill AR11 and his sponser need to fill i-865 ? am i right ?

my question is this , he is moving so he need to fill AR11 but if his sponser is not moved anywhere then still sponser need to fill i-865 ?

like my case , u know that i apply aos after marry with usc. now if i moved in another state , so i think i need also to fill AR11 but in this situation my sponser (my uncle ) he need also fill i-865 if he is not moving anywhere with me or seprately .
