am working on H1 visa and changing my employer. So my new employer is currently in the process of filing my H1 transfer with Premium Processing.
My husband has an Adjustment of Status, working on EAD. His priority date has become current now with the new EB2 visa dates for May 2011 bulletin. So he can now file for I-485 Adjustment of Status for me too(for Spouse) after May 1st 2011.
1) Can I file for H1 transfer and i-485 application simutaneously?
2) Will this trigger any RFE for me or my husband?
I have maintained legal status here with no issues in the past with my F1 visa or h1 visa.
