F-1 visa married US citizen

Hi guys, I just have some questions to want to ask all of you.
This is my case.
I and my wife have been dating for a year and decided to get married last month. we have the same address that is her mom house, and the problem that my wife and I study in different college. She have studied in Cal State LA and will be graduate in this December. I have studied in College which is belong to Bay Area. The distance between two colleges are 6 hours in driving. We do contract each other everyday by phone and texts, and she and I always flight back and for to meet each other. whenever we have time, we always book a flight to see each other. My questions are do I have to move to live together with her? I hear one of my friend tell me that I should wait until my wife graduate and be back to live in Bay area, otherwise I have to move to live with my wife. I plan to apply adjustment of status in next month. What should I prepare for my case? Do i really need to transfer to her place now?
Can you guys give me some suggestions?

i don't think you have to move but they will doubt the validity of your marriage.

Start gathering the tickets or boarding pass you and your wife used in flying to see each other; print out the bills and the details on your cellphones (as well as wife). Then highlights her no on your bill and vice versa; pictures of both you when you went to la and bay area.
