AOS Last name change

I am now filing the AOS papers for my wife. Do i use her last name on all previous forms, passport etc or her new(my) last name? We have filed a name change with Social Security but have not recvd new card.

You put the name of which she wants to be on her GC which is her married name. She can change over passport later to her married name.
