  • I-485 and I-130 questions relavant to widowed parent

I have looked at this forums and archive and am a bit confused as to how I should fill information for my widow parent on I-130 and I-485

Should I mentioned my deceased parent information on Section 3 part B of I485...since the heading says present.
Same question on I-130 section C-17

I guess this question becomes very confusing based on the form one is filling (G325 is another example) and deciding what is former/prior/present.

I believe when a person is deceased, we cannot be talking about present! Just put name and last name, birth date, and where it says current address or current living put deceased and all other following questions about the present life: put N/A ( stands for "not applicable"). Send your application and if they need something they will say it! Good luck.
