What the heck is going on with the I-485 processing times at the VSC? They are still processing applications filed around 10/15/1999 and this has been the case for the last 3 months!
Also, when I tried calling to get an update on my case, I was put through to the rudest IIO. The "lady" was very abrupt, short, and hung up on me. Even though I may not have any legal rights in this country, I pay taxes like all other citizens, and this type of treatment is unacceptable.
Oh well, what can we do - we must all wait and accept defacatory treatment from INS.
Talk about useless government service.
