I got a question i recieved a notice that my application of status is transferred to CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER? what does it mean? i just finished my biometric. please help me.

Does not mean much other than administrative reasons. If it were transferred to local office, you can expect an interview soon.

im a lil bit confused i passed my papers to the chicago but after a month i recieved appointment letter for biometric and after 2 weeks i got a notice that they transferred my case to california im a lil bit worried though.

If your AOS has been transferred to CA office its a good chance you wont have an interview and should process quicker.

im worried about this coz my fried told me they transfer my case coz 50% i will get denied.

Well that's not true at all as when they are transferred to CA office it means no interview and is a good thing

coz they dont ask me for medical examination too coz they said im good with and we file late its been a year we did it.

Nothing to worry about! It is just for administration reason; it happened to my I-485 application which was transferred from Nebraska to Texas office after quite 2 years of pending from 2005 to 2007. Very little after that I got my green card approved letter and then 3 weeks my card in the mail as well. Just wait, and just check online the processing time to make sure your application is in the right time!
I was talking about 2007 for my case; we are in 2011 and USCIS is much faster in processing cases now, so be positive! Good luck and smile
