hello, any one can help me that this is really serious issue for me that i came here on visitor visa and i did an extention one time and apply again but it was denied by USCIS. Mean while i married with green card holder and filed I-130 and waiting for approval.So is it ok to do overstay or go back to my country.

I already got the letter from USCIS about over stayed can u plz help me asap.

You should be forgiven for working or overstay because of your US spouse . DO NOT LEAVE USA!!! IF YOU LEAVE, YOU CANNOT GET BACK even if you married US citizen! Just give sometimes and wait for USCIS response. If you see that there are some problems with the case, get you a lawyer That is what the lawyers are for, to help!
