    Applying H1B visa

    I did MBA from PA and right now I am on OPT. My OPT will expire on 12th july,2011. Now I want to apply H1B visa.
    Is it possible to be in status,If I apply H1B visa within a weak? Also I have talked to the employer for filing the H1 B visa.
    But I want to make sure about this.
