My fiance has a 10 yr tourist visa for entry into the US. We would like to have the marriage ceremony in her home country. Would it be possible for us to have the ceremony abroad, then have her travel with me to the US on her tourist visa and file for an adjustment of status after she arrives?

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

NO as that's is illegal as visitor visa is non immigrant visa. She would be entering the US with intent to immigrate and that is illegal on B2. You get married in her country and then you apply for spousal visa CR1. You come back to the USA and wait for approval. She will have interview in her country at US embassy. Or you apply for 129f fiancee petition and she gets approved for a K1 visa she arrives and you get married here in US and then once she has GC you can go back to her country and have marriage ceremony.
I strongly suggest the first option if you want to marry in her country.
