Filing aos-what name to use?

Hello there!

I'm now up for filing my AOS, AP and EAD. But I am just wondering which name to use since I already got married.

Should I still use my name from my passport with my K1 visa or I should use my husband's name even if I haven't applied for a name change?

I'm having trouble answering some questions.

You use whatever name you are going to use now you are married. If you have taken your husbands name then you use your married name. You don't apply for a name change when you get married you just take your husbands name unless you request other wise.
