Hi All
I have my aos interview in one week I have marriage based all has gone fine until now. My question is on the appointment notice it states to bring all document that were previously submitted with I485 app. I was sure I copied everything but I cant find there papers, does any body have a idea what to to. Can I just refill them out and bring hopping the entries all match?

I dont think that you need to refill it. During interview the IO will read your I-485 and will verify with you that everything is correct.

AOS interview

me and my husband we've had the interview a week or so, and since then, i can't stop thinking if everything was good or wrong. The officer was nice, but pretty strict, she was really amazed that we started talking about marriage only a month after me and my husband met, but she didnt comment anything. Then, what she asked, was the record from the sherriff's office from the states i lived in the past 3 years. What i know, is that you only need to give them your record if you have one. Since i dont drive and never had anything to do with police or smth, i dont understand why would she ask me that.Plus, that would be quite impossible for me to go there, Montana and Utah, cause i live in Florida. Now, what the officer told me, was that i have to wait for the letter cause it will say what counties do i have to get the record for. She never told either she will call us to another interview, or i will have to send them by mail. That really worries me, cause having another interview, means something went wrong.
