Hi all this is my 1st post ever in this forum.
I was a refugee then got married to a US Citizen in Nov 27 from my own country after meeting and knowing her for 5 months in 2008.
Applied for I-130 in April 2009 got interview for petition in Nov 25 went very well she asked very recent questions such as what did we do last night what we ate asked how many bedrooms in home how much rent is how did you get here asked for directions took original documents etc. and approved on 27th same month but never received a notice of approval till August 2010. We submitted my I765 and I485 in June 2010 got fingerprinted in August got my EAD in Sept 2010. It has been 11 months since we submitted the I 485 with Texas SC TSC.
My Question is will there be another interview for I 485 since we already did a marriage based interview (for I 130) with IO in Atlanta in local CIS office and got approved smoothly. And usually how long it take to process the I485 in such case.
