No visa #..part 3 of I-485 Helllllllllp!! :(

Got Married to my husband (us citizen) 6 months ago and now in the process of filing my I-485(I-130 already accepted). My old passport got lost along with my visa in there, thankfully my I-94 was out!!! But now I don't know what to do. On my new passport on there is an observation page and it has written"previous passport no.(passport#) reported lost." Should I make a copy of that page and put it along with the rest of the documents. I really need to know how to go about doing this the right way....Please Pleasssse help...anyone?
