My wife was on L2 and we had filed L2 Extension and the petition is currently with Vermont Service Center. She travelled back to India after the extension was filed. I am expecting my Priority Date to become current in the next month. Can my spouse enter into United States under the B2 Tourist Visa and then once the L2 Extension comes through from USCIS, can we file adjustment of status ( I am expecting the L2 Approval within a month or so. It has been more than 2 months since I had filed for extension).
