Hi I am in the US with a K3 visa. I filed the I-485 but it was denied for leaving country without advance parole. I reentered with my k3. Now my k3 expired but I filed for the extension. Can I file for i485 now or do I have to wait till I get the extension approved first? Thank you for any info.

I am not sure but as you arrived on K3 you are married right? SO yes you can apply for AOS but if you came here on K3 which is not used now days it is Cr1 you would have received GC on arrival?
