Hi everyone,
I would appreciate your opinions on the following matter. My adjustment interview notice was sent to me while both I and my wife were out of the states and therefore we were unaware of the interview date which was at the end of March 2005. My wife is a US citizen and I left on advance parole. Unfortunately, we wont be back until August due to work commitments.
I am not quite sure as what we are supposed to do at this point and especially being outside of the US.The parole document however says that the case should be on hold till we come back to the US.
I would really appreciate some professional advice on this matter. Thank you!
