I just received an ASC appointment. My husband is the US petitioner and I am adjusting status.
Will he have to come with me to the ASC appointment or can I go by myself?

Please help, my appointment is in two weeks.

Hello - If your ASC appointment is for finger prints, you can go by yourself. Your husband don't need to accompany you. On a second note, don't wait till next two weeks and just go now. They usually don't have a problem if you show up early.

Not necessarily. I've been to two ACS appointments now in two different offices and I went inside with my husband who was the one getting fingerprinted.

Thanks guys. I just wanted to know if he HAD to go with me, as he is in the Army and he can't leave work on that day to take me. Thanks again.
