Hi folks,
I am one of the many Indians (and Chinese) applicants who have had to change jobs between 2007 and now (using AC21 letter) while waiting for the priority dates to become current again.
I wanted to start this thread to share experiences on what to expect now that the dates are moving again. Also would invite suggestions on how to handle employment enquiries (if received) or if there is anything that should be done proactively to speed the process.
