hi guys,
I am applying for adjustment of status based on marriage. I am required to provide a copy of my passport.
One of the pages in my passport has a "canceled without prejudice" VISA stamp. My work VISA was not rejected but when I got the passport in the mail, I saw that page. I do have a valid work VISA stamp on the other pages. When I called the consulate, they mentioned that there was some technical difficulties and so they had to cancel everyone's VISA and re stamp the passport with the new VISA.
Now, while applying for the AOS, I am wondering if this "canceled without prejudice" VISA stamp might affect my chances. Is it a good ideal to send this page with the other pages or not?
Please let me know if my question is not clear and I will add more details.
Thanks a ton!
