Hi,
Me and my husband are working on EAD which we got as result of my EB3 AOS application being in process. My priority date is August 2004. My husband's company also filed for his EB-2 labor in Oct 2007 and his I-140 got approved in 2009. With EB2 dates moving faster, if his priority date becomes current in few months, We would like to switch to his application.
I am not sure about what will be the process to do that? I have following questions. If anyone can throw some light on the process, that would be a great help.
1. Would we have to go for medical(I-693) and submit the biographic information (G-325A, I think) again? or just submitting I-485 would be sufficient?
2. What happens to our current EAD and AP, would they be valid even after filing for new I-485?
3. What happens to my EB-3 application?
Thanks,
Sushma
