Hi,
I have come to USA on (H4)dependant visa on my spose H1B1 visa. We filed I-485 and our PD is jun 2004 and process is going on meantime recently my husband left for India on personal reasons and is in India now and his employer has removed from his payroll and made his H1B1 inactive.He did not file neither EAD nor AP. He has valid visa stamped on his passport with his previos employer.
I have following questions:
1. What my husband has to do now to enter into USA and continue processing of I-485?
2.what is my status?
3.as being a derivative applicant on I-485 for how long can i stay in USA working with EAD(I have recently renewed EAD and AP and EAD and AP is valid upto 2013)?
4.Can i travel back to India on AP and return back to US or not?
Any help is really appreciated.
