I-485, I-130 Application. Green card through Spouse who is a citizen
Hi everyone. I had a question, i got a letter in the mail 120 days after my initial AOS interview, with no response yet, that states that Reason for appointment is I-130, What to bring with you, passport.
I am a bit confused? Is this a 2nd interview? The notice does not list any details in regards to documentation i should bring like the first interview notice letter started. Nor does it state that "this interview may be video taped". It also does not state if both spouses (petitioner and applicant) should be present.
If anyone has ever received such a notice before, or/and has been in similar situation, please share you view, i will highly appreciate any feedback. Thanks
