Hi everybody, my approved I140 has been forwarded to the US consulate in Hong Kong last month becuase NVC thought I want to go for CP. Actually I have filed for AOS and have my FP taken yesterday. But I called the consulate in HK today and found out my file is still there! The officer told me they will foward it back to the US only if INS send them a request which INS hasn't done yet! When will INS do that? After my case has been assigned or what? Please help me with any information available! Thanks a lot!
