I have some questions on things we were unable to fill out on AOS ppw.
I know there are alot of questions but if anyone could help with any or all of them it would be very helpful.
1. A# or Alien # - is this the admission/departure # ?
2. Date auth stay expires - His visa states only F1 where the auth stamp is do we put F1 in that blank?
3. It asks to list wife and children. Do we list my teenage daughter ?
She is from a previous relationship.
4. Eligibility categories on I-765, we are filing mairrage based gc he is on a F1 visa. we have no idea what categoryto choose.
