I 485, Chances of Denial?

ME: Naturalized US citizen, Married 2 month ago

WIFE: F-1 Status, has maintained status so far

My question is:

My wife had worked part time outside college(illegally)using social security. I figured I have to mention that but what are the chances of denying "status change" just because of that ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No chance of denial, provided she used her own social security. If she used a **** one and admits, you may have serious problems.

Going through all those required document, It sounds like USCIS suspects newly married couple for fraud. We've been married just for 2 months, originally from same country, and I am just 5 years older than her. We have had marriage ceremony with our relatives (both parents are not here) in our cultural way as well as in the county court.

here is the list of documents I can submit.

- Marriage Certificate
- Joint bank account
- Pictures from marriages
- joint apartment lease paper

Is that enough to prove the marriage is bonaFide? if not, what else I'd be looking for more?
