US citizien to marry

Hi!
My finance ( who is from Russia ) currently has 30 day tourist visa to US.
If she comes to US and we marry immediately:
(1) Can she apply for Adjustment of Status ?
(2) If the answer is "yes" - can she stay in the USA while waiting for the application past the 30 days ?
(3) If the answer is "no" - is there some other way for her to stay in USA legally while we wait ?

Tourist Visa

Hi! Tourist visa (B1/B2) is being issued for the purpose of touring around the U.S. Some people apply for Fiancee visa so they can marry their fiancee here in U.S.

I hope anybody can also give their opinion on this issue.

If she is here in US yes you can marry then she must return home and you apply for a spousal visa CR1 .Or you can send off for a 129f petition fiance and she still would have to go home and wait for approval and interview. 129f is more expensive than CR1 but take around the same time if not longer. Cr1 benefit is she enters USA with GC stamp and can work immediately.
You cannot marry her now and she stay and adjust status as she is here on a visitor visa which means no intent to immigrate and if she did stay she would be in overstay(illegal) and means she had intent to immigrate which is fraud.
