Iam married to a US citizen here in the US and would like to file my immigration through her or (Adjustment Of Status) i am on H1b visa, have a clean record i would like to know what is the average fees if i hire an immigration attorney for the same. and how long does this procedure takes before i get my greencard.
will i get a temporary greencard initially for 2 years?? and what is with work permit thing on greencard please provide more info.
