Question in Filing AOS

Hi! Just wanna ask regarding adjustment of status. I entered in US as k1 visa. Now im filing for my AOS, do I need to file together with my EAD and advance parole? Thank you.

Yes it is prefarable but not compulsory, you need to work to support your family before your GC comes out and filling the EAD will not cost you anything but if it will cost you extra , you may wait for your GC, because you came in on K1 visa it couldn't take long for you to get it(GC) as long as you marry him/her before the 90days expiration on the Visa.

If you file EAD and AP with your AOS the fee is waived and included in the $1070 so yes send them all off together and that way you can hopefully get EAD card faster than GC and can work . Your EAD and AP card are all one card now too. Not separate any more.
