Hi,
I am in US travelling on B1 visa.
My I-94 is stamped till Nov 2011 but I would be returning by August end.
My company wants me to apply for L1 as they want me to work here.
I have some questions with regards to the same:
1. Should I apply for a change in visa while I'm in US and what's the process for the same.
2. Would it be better to go back and apply in India.
3. Is there a cooling off period between the travel and applying for change in visa.
