Spouse not in good term with adopt parents.please advice

My spouse was adopted when she was a baby 3 now she is 23 .she told me alot of things about her adoptive Parents and how alot was wrong growing up with them. well I don't really wanna get into alot of details about her family cos of I respect them and their privacy.
Anyways am happy that now we are living together an happily married . Now we are planing on changing my status from F1 to resident. And we are curious to know if her strained relationship with her parents could hinder my chance of getting approval for the GC. I mean the parents dont really welcome me to thier house. And I believe that part of the documentation for interview has to include photography with her family.
Please can someone advice me on what to do .

No your GC has nothing to do with her relationship with her parents .
