i am living in OHIO USA. i won lottery this year. my case number eu 5ZZZ

I am here with H1B visa. My wife has H4 visa. and my daughter is US Citizen.

i am going to do AOS. What are the steps. What should i do first? i went to local office but they said you need to apply after October 1st

You need to watch visa bulletin. When your case number becomes current you may apply for AOS. I believe since your case is pretty low your number will be current on October 1st.
