File I-693 with 1-485 OR WILL IT BE REQUESTED LATER????

Is it mandatory to file the medical for 1-693 when you are submitting the 1-485 packet or can you send this in later.....i am getting conflicting messages on this?Anyone know what to do?

Read page 4 of the I485 filing instructions. Unless you're a refugee or fiancee, you need to submit your medical examination together with the I485. Read the instructions if you're a refugee or fiancee.
