yet another birth certificate question

Hi all,
I have obtained a birth certificate from the Registrar of birth and death from my place of birth. The catch is the certificate does not state my name. It was in Tamil so I got a translation done.I also received an affidavit from my parents stating details of my birth, metioning my name and cross-referencing my birth certificate.
Is it sufficient or is a no-name equivalent to non-availability, in which case I have to get one more affidavit?
