  • Interview but no decision made

    Dear all,

I am just back home after the interview this morning. It went not so good as I think. Because they ask a lot of question like briefly tell about my love story, where my wife and I working now, drawing your house map and family members for both of us at the same time ( even they didn't separate us) and so on. After that, they took my I94 and made copy of my Marriage license and I 20 cuz I am still valid F1. Then they said we can go and will get decision in mail. What does it mean? I am so worried now cuz idk that mean it is a good or bad news?

    Any input is always appreciated.

    Thanks:confused

Don't panic yet they took your I-94 normal. They didn't give you any slip nothing right? So they don't want more evidence from you and that's a good thing. Depending on what country you are from the lots of questions would be quite normal. SO now all you can do is wait but I would say your GC will arrive soon. Stay positive

Yes they didn't give me any paper as many folks on here being asked for that. They took 4 photos of us, copy my I 20 and see off the door. Idk how long I have to wait...this time will be my hardest time. Lol

        Anyway, thanks for your comment.

I just got notice for the interview but not look like the 1 letter that I got before. It indicates that I need to bring any document to enter the US and original birth certificate that I didnt have with me on the 1 interview. Appointment is oct 11 at 8 to see direct an officer no need to stand in line. Do u think that is the stoke interview or just kinda appointment for future evidence. Plz let me know cuz i am so nervous now.

          Thanks

                Dear Guys,

I did came to the interview today(2nd) and they separated us. I came first and they asked like 20 questions and then called my wife in and asked the same questions with the same officers. She is kinda rude and always try to make us confused. We didn't match for some questions after the interview we did compare. Back to the interview, they let us go after asking my wife and said we need to pay for the decision made by mail. I think that is the sign for denial...so sad now and dont know what should we do...

                Any advice please

What kind of questions did the officer asked you? Please share 'cause were very close to our initial interview before the end of this month. Will really appreciate you help. Thanks.

So they gave you a stokes interview, so they have doubts about you and your wife. Did you take the birth certificate they asked for? Pay for the decision? Not sure what that means as you have paid for AOS when you sent in forms. You again are going to have to wait and see what decision they make and then if not good you will have to appeal the decision.

So what now you want to file for divorce? What the? Change of address has to be filled in by petitioner I-865 and AR-11 by beneficiary .
