I still got nothing so far even though I got a letter from uscis after 2nd time with the infopass indicated that I will get final decision in 3 months from the date I came in there, but now 4 months still nothing....hopeless almost

Still nothing so far. It has been over a year since 2nd interview and 17 months from filling date. I did call CS to open Service Request but still under review...Hopeless;(((((((((((

i can understand ........it is very bad and sad ,but dont be hopeless,god will help us friend and i hope u r now close to win

i really need ur help now .i just went to my interview on 03/may/12 with my us citizen husband.
i filed in jan/12 .got my work permit in 2 months. officer was looking hard man on interview.he called both of us togather in his office. after our oath he told my husband to go out and started asking me a lot of questions that i was not expecting.but i answered his all questions. it took minimum 45 min. after that he start my husban's interviw seperat.he asked him almost same qust. for 30 min but in this he forced him to accept that our marriage is ****.and he shown him some news papers with showing he coaught the fraud cases.and he asked him "i am giving u a last chance to accept that u married for money other vise all going to bad for him and tell me how much money u are getting for doing this.".but my husband said he loves his wife and marriage is real.then he called me in and told me to get seat.and took my all papers and go out for copy those papers and came back and start asking me about simple questions again like my date of birth ,his dob,names,parents name few more, all y/n questions,took my i94,tex returne,lease agriment, and gave me an envolep and told me that he is not satesfy ,ur some of answers are not matched,i ll do investigate,i need more evidence. i asked him if he want to see our pics,bills etc.he said no he want more affidavits from the people we met daily,and he told that he is not denying our case and giving us 30 days to send affidavits.
we are very stressed about this ,plzzzz help us what ll happen

thats what i wnt to know too,cus normaly i heard they send a diffrent kind of letter for stoke interview,but mine was normal letter.
is there any chance for another interview?(cus they already did stoke interview)

Re interview in Dallas

The interviewed was in Dallas , Texas. Both my wife and I never married before. We married in January 2011, and we applied for immigration on March 2011. I received my EAD card on June 2011. I received first notice in the mail telling me that my interview date is May 5, 2012. Due to my final exams, I could not make to the interview. I schedule info pass before May 5, and I explained to the immigration office my reason for rescheduling the interview. I received the second notice in the mail telling me that my new interview date is June 4, 2012. I don't remember the officer name, but he was a young blond guy in the early 30s of his age. I told him to stop the interview because I was tired of his questions. I told him from the beginning that I am bad with spilling, but he kept asking to spill most of I said. He asked me if my wife used to store the baby milk in the refrigerator a year ago. I said I don't remember, but he demand Yes/No answer. After he asked me question about my wife son family name, I answer him correctly, but before he asked the next question, I told him to stop the interview. He said he must interview my wife even though I stopped the interview. Yes I stopped the interview because I wanted lawyer, but i did not tell him i stopped for lawyer, I said I'm tired of his question. I did not see him again, he just told my wife that he doesn't believe our married is real and he will do more investigated.

Here is some of my wife and me questions:

1- Where did we keep the baby bed? and where in the room? is the bed was next to window or next to door?

2- What is the name of the grocery store next to our house?


3- What kind of ring and how much did the ring cost us?

The problem all these questions above is about our old house where we used to live one year ago, he never asked us anything about our current apartment. some of our answer did not match because my wife did not remember our old house. We used to live in my family house for 3 mounts before I moved to another city to finish my school and my wife moved with her friend for 4 mounts. 6 mounts ago we moved in our new apartment.

You shouldn't initiated to end the interview, you should have stated, I don't remember. The immigration officers will become suspicious. You know in your heart that your marriage is real, therefore you should have confidence when answering questions and look the officer in the eyes.

Hey Samrath i had the same experience in the dallas area...my first interview was a stokes...in fact they separated us immediately we didn't enter the office together at all...17 months after filing date no response ....and 14 months after interview ..i wonder if they can do stokes twice...anyways any news yet ? i have been following your story and Dave86....have they responded yet ?

Well it was a normal case..we got married everything was processed normally...went for interview...was separated immediately for a stokes interview ..we marched most questions but still had some discrepancies....they told us they would get back to us...after over a year..we just got a Notice of Intent to Deny....thank God our marriage is Legit and whatever they asked us to provide we did without any problems we are now waiting for a response.. hopefully it wont take another year for them to get back to us regarding our case. dave86 me and my husband also got a Notice of Intent to deny......We are fighters...we are going to fight them all the way to the very end and i believe we will be victors.
