Interview but no decision made

Well it was a normal case..we got married everything was processed normally...went for interview...was separated immediately for a stokes interview ..we marched most questions but still had some discrepancies....they told us they would get back to us...after over a year..we just got a Notice of Intent to Deny....thank God our marriage is Legit and whatever they asked us to provide we did without any problems we are now waiting for a response.. hopefully it wont take another year for them to get back to us regarding our case. dave86 me and my husband also got a Notice of Intent to deny......We are fighters...we are going to fight them all the way to the very end and i believe we will be victors.

It seems like Dallas area office is very suspicious and denies a lot of people. Starting out with stokes interview???

In the northeast they asked us like 3 questions about our relationship like how long we know each other, where married and maybe one more but I can't even remember. They were friendly and approved us on the spot. No questions about house or grocery stores etc

Long wait

I live in Indiana. I am going to school and has been marriage for 2 years with my second husband. I lost my condition green card on my first marriage due to insufficient evidence when I tried to remove the condition on the green card. I divorced the first one after one year of marriage. My husband filed I130 for me again but in Nov 2014 interview the officer said I have to wait for the immigration court hearing 'cause my condition green card and permanent residency revoked, he also said my file was lost but he did ask questions. In June 2015, there are officers visited my house and talked to my husband (i was not home). In July, I received another notice of interview but a week before the interview I received a notice of cancel because we were interviewed back in Nov. I have not heard anything since then. I am so worry. I couldnt apply for financial aid 'cause my non-status.

We were waiting 3 hours and after officer let us in he immediately asked about how long we are living in our apartment. We answered and he said that he knows that my previous DL were on another address and i said - Sure i used to live in another place before i met my hubby. And he said that he KNOWS. So i again said-yes sir i have nothing to hide, i have many previous addresses coz i used to travel a lot. Then he said that in application form i put only my Russian address and my husband address ( where u have to put all your addresses for 5 years). I was so shocked, coz i did this application through immigration company and they filled it by themselves. It was written even not by my hand! He took all our documents ( join account, bills, taxes) and said that he has to investigate more and will call us again next time.
We also brought about 200 pictures but he didn't watch them. My lawyer ask him why does it matter coz obviously everyone see that its not my mistakes and i can give you all addresses right now and why didnt ask us about our marriage, for what we were there exactly. And he answered that next time he will ask everything.

So after 2 weeks we got another letter ( he asked to bring also 5 years addresses and our personal accounts statements). He call us immediately and said that we do it real quick and made us separate. First went my husband ( with lawyer) and were there 2 hours, then me also 2 hours. He asked hundreds questions about our life and my personal. Those time i was studying in another city for summer and i brought with me all papers. He said that he knows!!! and i again said that i have nothing to hide. That he carefully look and my personal statement and ask questions about some amounts. Also he said to me what i said on immigration border 2 years ago when i pass the county. I really really didnt say that coz those people which he said i named i never heard before so he made me really confused about it. Also he was yelling on me all the time because my voiсe were too quiet and he sick of it. And all the when i tried to protect myself and talk -he always interrupt or yell that he cant hear me.

Then he finally called my man and ask us together few hours more and said where we did mistakes in questions. We did 3.Hubby forgot few things coz he were working till 5 am and interview was at 8am. So thanks god he even can talk!

Then he said ok now i understand everything and we have to wait for letter.
Our lawyer said that it was hardest interview which she ever see but all things were good thats why she didn't interrupt us. Coz even we did few mistakes, but we didn't million more for this 6 hours of real quick conversation.
She said it can be attend to deny, deny or green card.

Im so angry!!! That because of some stupid agency we are ruined our dream to go see my parents for new year in Russia where he can see snow for the first time in his life!!! I even started little preparation and NO. Thanks god we didn't buy tickets in summer sales for winter.

Its one month left and we have no idea how long to wait and what to wait?
anyone had similar situation? any advise?

Good morning Federica, If you had an attorney present why did she not look over your initial application? I understand that you are confused and angry but your AOS application should have been reviewed after it was prepared by this "Agency" USCIS is very shrewed picking out inconsistancies and this officer was suspicious of your information.
All you can do is wait for further review and seek legal counsel.

I understand that you are confused and angry but your AOS application should have been reviewed after it was prepared by this "Agency" USCIS is very shrewed picking out inconsistancies and this officer was suspicious of your information.
All you can do is wait for further review and seek legal counsel.
