Fingerprinting in Feb2001(I485 Aug 2000,EB2)

My attorney received a courtesy copy of fingerprinting
appointment from INS. I still haven't received it from
INS and my appointment is on Feb 8 at INS Pomona(CA).

Can I go for fingerprinting with the original of
Attorney Courtesy copy, if I don't recieve the
actual notice ?

which service centre is processing your 485?

It seems that a courtesy copy was not accepted by one ASC today and the applicant had to return back.

They accepted the "Courtesy Copy", no questions asked!!!!

I went to Pomona,(CA) INS office. Me and my wife
both, were out of the INS office in 25 minutes.
No queues. Very efficient & nice staff.

I just checked with FBI and they told me that they
had completed their record check on Feb 9 for our
fingerprints and submitted the report back to INS
on Feb 9th, electronically.

This is really fast because our fingerprinting
was done on Feb 8.

Can anyone tell me how long does it take to
get GC after fingerprint ? (at the CSC)

Fingerprint: 2/8/2001
I-485 approval: First week of March ?? !!!
