Well i had my interview on july 20th and everything went well the io was consulting with his supervisor a couple of questions he had, and came back and told me that everything was good and just to wait 3-4 weeks for the approval letter on the mail, but i haven't heard anything yet, i'm worry because they didnt stamp my passport either, my attorney said that they called him 3 days after my interview to say evrything was good and them my attorney told me to wait 3 months after my interview. What should i do, should i call the visa center? Someone please help... The Officer took my I-94 and told me to wait 2-3 weeks, but its almost 3 months and nothing yet... What should I do? Should I call and talk to someone? Help plz... Thank you!

Hey i am the same situation as yours. The interviewer told me to wait 3-4 weeks. Tthey would mail GC to me if they don't require me to submit any paper. I had to wait 4.5 months to receive their approved letter even though USCIS didn't require me to submit any paper or evidence.
I know that you can fill a form called "over the normal processing time" after 90 days from your interview day if you don't receive anything from USCIS.Comment

Really sad today... I had my info-pass today, because I had my interview as my first thread shows on July 20th 2011 and they told me that now my case is waiting for a VIsa to be avaiable in order to obatin my GC ... the lady told me that my first priority date is 10/14/2004, and that the visa bulletin is on Jul/222/004... So now she told me to wait til the bulletin gets to my priority date or pass it...
